These terms explain how you may use this website and how enquiries and orders with Ornamentals Gem Craft Limited work. By using the website, sending an enquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Ornamentals Gem Craft Limited supplies tiles, marble and granite to homes, offices and building projects. We have showrooms in Agbor (Delta State) and Owerri (Imo State) and we deliver all over Nigeria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ornamentals Gem Craft Limited, and “you” means anyone who uses the website or buys from us.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, send spam or false enquiries through its forms, or copy or scrape it in a way that harms the site or our business. We may suspend or block access if these terms are broken.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but screens differ and photographs are a guide only. Marble, granite and other natural stone vary in colour, veining and pattern from one slab to the next, and tiles can vary slightly between production batches. For that reason we recommend seeing your chosen finish in person at one of our showrooms, and ordering enough material for the whole job at one time.

Prices shown on the website are in Nigerian naira (₦) and are subject to change. Prices may also change when supplier costs change. The price that applies to you is the final price we confirm with you for your order. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, and if we do we will tell you before going ahead.

No payment is taken on the website. When you build a cart and send it to us, whether through the website form or by WhatsApp, you are sending an enquiry. It is not a confirmed order and does not create a binding contract.

A contract is formed only when our team confirms with you the availability of the items, the delivery arrangements and the final price, and you agree to go ahead. We may decline or cancel an enquiry or order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your location. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund what you paid for it.

Payment is made only after our team has confirmed your order and the final price with you. We will give you the payment details directly. Please pay only to account details that a member of our team has confirmed to you personally, and never to details you received from anyone else. We will not ask you to pay through any other channel, and we are not responsible for payments sent to accounts we did not give you.

We deliver all over Nigeria. Delivery costs and timing depend on your location, the size and weight of the order and the availability of the items, and we confirm them with you before your order is final. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by things outside our control, such as road conditions, weather and supplier delays.

Please check your goods when they arrive, and make sure someone is available to receive them. Tiles and stone are heavy and fragile, so please arrange suitable help to offload them safely.

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible, with your reference number and photographs if you can, so that we can look into it and put it right. Goods that have been cut, installed or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange, and we cannot accept responsibility for variations in natural stone that were part of the product as described.

The content of this website, including the text, photographs, logo, graphics and design, belongs to Ornamentals Gem Craft Limited or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We provide the website and its information in good faith, but we do not promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the website or from products supplied, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

The website may link to, or hand you over to, services run by other people, such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website or place an order. If you keep using the website after we change the terms, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them or from your dealings with us.
